Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my event limit?

We'll notify you when you hit 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we'll continue tracking but ask you to upgrade. We never hard-stop your analytics.
